Consultancy for End-Project Evaluation of Our Tonle Sap Project (1 Post)
The Wildlife Conservation Society, founded in 1895, has the clear mission to save wildlife and wild places across the globe. WCS's goal is to conserve the world's largest wild places in 16 priority regions, home to more than 50% of the world's biodiversity. We currently manage about 500 conservation projects in more than 60 countries.
WCS has been working in partnership with the Royal Government of Cambodia since 1999, providing technical advice and support for the conservation of key habitats and species across the country.
The WCS Cambodia program is growing rapidly! We are expanding our team and are looking for applications from qualified candidates to fill the following consultancy position. Detailed job description of the position is attached.

- Duty Station: home-based, with field visits in the target provinces (Kampong Thom, Siem Reap, Banteay Meanchey, Battambang, Pursat, and Kampong Chhnang).
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES:
The Services may be performed by an evaluator or a team of evaluators.
- Professionals in natural sciences, social sciences, project management and implementation, or related careers. The team leader must have at least five (5) years of experience in impact evaluation of projects or programs implemented by international non-governmental organizations. The experience of the members of the team must be accredited by means of documents such as final reports, contracts, certificates, service certificates, etc.
- At least one team member should have knowledge and experience in a variety of impact assessment and evaluation methods and demonstrated experience in quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis.
- At least one member of the team should have experience working with donor agencies and/or international cooperation agencies, especially with the European Union.
- At least one member of the team should have at least 5 years’ experience working within Southeast Asia or a country involved in the Action.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Immediate availability and willingness to travel.
